We accept all major credit cards including Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club through ANZ eGate. ANZ eGate protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.
When making payments via our website, you will be transferred to our secure site, which is secured by an SSL Certificate. Credit Card details are sent directly to ANZ eGate via a secure connection. We do not store credit card details. Please look for the Secure Padlock Logo in your browser when making payments to ensure you have a secure connection.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If the item is defective or damaged please notify us as soon as you receive it. You must return it to us within 14 days from the purchase date for it to be eligible for defective or damaged replacement.
Please note that any returned item classified as defective that has marks or scratches or cracks on the disk will be rejected and returned at your cost. If we are unable to offer a replacement a full refund will be offered. With all returns we strongly advise you to send it with Australia Post Registered, as we will not be liable for any lost or damaged goods being sent back to us.
All DVD’s will be posted via Australia Post in a express satchel within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment of your order.
